Customer Service Officer/Administration officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service/Administration Officer to join one of our clients located in the Western Suburbs.

Ideally the successful candidate will have come from an Administration support background in Production Planning, with experience in procurement and scheduling.

We are looking for a super organised person who really enjoys the challenge of coordinating and scheduling to ensure the smooth workflow of the department.

Ideally you will hold the following skills and attributes:

  • Administration support background conversant with the microsoft office suite
  • Experienced in production planning or similar
  • Procurement of parts, materials, consumables
  • Inventory control, reviewing stock levels, processing internal orders, updating spreadsheets etc

It is essential that have solid troubleshooting skills, have experience in a role where you are prioritising your work demands, solid troubleshooting skills and good all round microsoft office skills.

This role is on offer until the end of the year and would require your immediate available.
