The role

Located in Bayswater we are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our Finance Team who is experienced in the following:

  • End to end processing of up to 150 personnel
  • Processing of all affiliated legislative requirements including PAYG, Payroll Tax, Workcover
  • Award interpretation across multiple awards
  • Responding to queries
  • Processing of new starters
  • Reconciliations
  • Back up support to our Accounts Team

About you

As an integral part of our team, you will require the following skills and attributes:

  • A minimum of 4 years payroll and accounts experience
  • Flexible, can-do approach
  • Good communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MYOB
  • Sound knowledge of multiple awards and experience in interpretation
  • Demonstrated proficiency in word and excel
  • Ability to work within tight timelines
