We have an exciting opportunity available in the outer Eastern Suburbs for an experienced Service Coordinator to join this small friendly team.

Ideally the successful candidate will have a proven background in a similar role, duties will include the following:

  • Coordination of Service Techs visits in line with service contracts
  • Attending to urgent customer calls to meet breakdown demands
  • Scheduling of site visits
  • Database Management
  • Liaise with internal and external customers ensuring service delivery standards are met.

This role will require your skills competency in:

  • Microsoft office suite
  • Experience in a MRP system
  • Good communication skills
