About the roles

We are seeking experienced Maintenance Fitters for various Labour Hire opportunities across the Melbourne Metropolitan area and Rural Victoria, we currently have vacancies available on all shifts, including week-ends. These roles are based in the food industry, maintaining and repairing machinery and equipment to ensure efficient and reliable production.

What you’ll be doing

• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of FOOD production equipment
• Diagnose, troubleshoot faults
• Liaise with production teams to understand operational requirements and minimise disruptions
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of maintenance processes and procedures
• Ensure a safe working environment and comply with all health and safety regulations

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Fitter, with 3+ years’ experience with a Cert III or Cert IV qualification in Mechanical Engineering or Fabrication.
• Strong mechanical, troubleshooting skills
• Excellent problem-solving and fault-finding abilities
• Good communication skills to liaise effectively with production and maintenance
• Commitment to workplace health and safety

• Labour Hire – Day/Afternoon shifts – various shifts available
• Service Tech Mechanical- Food Industry (PERM)  East & South East Subs
