Our client located in Scoresby is a well-established pharmaceutical manufacturer and are looking for a new team member! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented production worker to assist in their compounding team.

This is a hands-on role involving the compounding, batching, and blending of pharmaceutical products in a clean, safety-focused environment.

The role will be commencing on a casual basis with a potential for permanency for the right candidate. Our client is offering day shift hours of 6am – 2:15pm, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare raw materials and ingredients for mixing
• Compound, mix, and blend batches accurately following detailed instructions
• Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
• Follow strict quality control and GMP/HACCP procedures
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Record measurements and batch data with precision

   

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (pharma/food highly regarded)
• Familiarity with mixing, batching, and blending processes
• Basic math and computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Physically fit – must be able to lift heavy items
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures precisely
