CUSTOMER SERVICE ROLE

Location: Bayswater

Casual

$40 – $45 per hour.

We are seeking a Customer Service Person to join our client’s team in Bayswater. They are offering ongoing casual hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to inquiries from both internal teams and external customers
• Receive and process customer orders accurately
• Coordinate domestic and international deliveries
• Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Manage and track orders from placement to dispatch, liaising with production and carriers
• Support and monitor key customer accounts
• Build strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
• Familiarity with MRP systems, preferably Fishbowl Software
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
• Solid computer literacy and phone etiquette
• Industry experience in lubricants is highly desirable
