Galaxy Personnel is seeking experienced Packers for one of our leading clients based in Melbourne’s Outer Eastern suburbs.

These roles are casual, with full-time hours (38 hours per week). We currently have vacancies across the following shifts:

• Day Shift: 7:00am – 3:00pm
• Afternoon Shift: 3:00pm – 11:00pm
• Night Shift: 11:00pm – 7:00am

Please note shift times are not flexible.

All roles will commence on Day Shift for training, with successful candidates transitioning to Afternoon or Night Shift upon completion.

Our client is seeking enthusiastic, reliable, and physically fit candidates who are keen for ongoing work. Experience in machine line packing will be highly regarded. A strong work ethic, the ability to work efficiently, and a positive attitude are essential.

Essential Criteria

• Previous packing experience – required
• Availability to work Monday to Friday (5 days per week)
• Ability to pack orders in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to complete production paperwork accurately
• Physically fit and enthusiastic
• Able to lift up to 10kg
• Strong resilience and work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Punctual and reliable
• Own reliable transport to the Outer Eastern suburbs
• Steel-capped boots and high-visibility top required

Pay rate: $30 – $39 per hour (depending on shift and experience)
