We are seeking a Customer Service Person to join our client’s team in Bayswater. They are offering ongoing casual hours of Monday to Friday 8:30am – 4:30pm.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inquiries from both internal teams and external customers
Receive and process customer orders accurately
Coordinate domestic and international deliveries
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Manage and track orders from placement to dispatch, liaising with production and carriers
Support and monitor key customer accounts
Build strong product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions
What We’re Looking For:
2–3 years of experience in customer service and/or sales
Familiarity with MRP systems, preferably Fishbowl Software
Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
Solid computer literacy and phone etiquette
Industry experience in lubricants is highly desirable
