Our client located in Noble Park is seeking an Administrator Assistant to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone that has limited office experience. What you will need is enthusiasm, a positive attitude along with strong Microsoft Office skills. This role will commence on a casual basis working a 38 hour week with a view to a permanent position. Your hours of work will be Monday to Friday 8:30am to 4:30pm.
Duties will include:-
Phone answering
Ordering stationery and office supplies
Mail merging
Arranging completed quotations, statements & other correspondence to be mailed/emailed
Filing
Other ad hoc duties
Essential Criteria: –
Excellent communication skills
Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office
Eager to learn with a can do attitude
Candidates that have some office experience are preferred.
