These roles are 38 hours per week on a casual basis. We currently have vacancies on Afternoon shift 15.00-23.06 (3pm-11.06pm) OR Night shift (23.00-07.06) Monday to Friday. The shift times are not flexible.

These roles are based on a casual basis however require availability of 38 hours per week, we currently have vacancies on Afternoon shift and Night shift. Must be able to work 5 days per week.

The client is looking for enthusiastic and physically fit candidates that are keen for ongoing work. Having machine line packing experience would be ideal, a fantastic attitude to work and the ability to operate fast and efficiently would be taken in the highest regard.

Packing experience- Required

The pay rate for Afternoon shift is $34.15 per hour. This will automatically increase to $35.08 after the first 3 months.

The pay rate for Night shift is $38.60 per hour. This will automatically increase to $39.66 after the first 3 months.

Our client located in Broadmeadows is a supplier of Small Goods. They manufacture Ham, Bacon, Salami, Sausages and Pizza Toppings. They are seeking a Production Hand to work Monday to Thursday 6:00am to 3:30pm. This role will commence on a casual basis with a view to a permanent position. The casual rate of pay is $31.06 per hour.

Duties will include:-

De-cartoning frozen meat
Placing meat on to thawing racks
Hanging bacon on smoking trolleys
Operating Meat Injector
The ideal candidate will possess the following:-

Have previously worked in the Meat Industry and/or have small goods experience
Prior machine operation experience (desirable)
Be physically fit and strong as heavy lifting involved (up to 25kg)
Ability to communicate clearly in English

Our client located in Scoresby is seeking a Compounder/Batcher Blender to assist with the production of Pharmaceutical products. This role will commence on a casual basis working 36 hours a week Monday to Friday. The casual rate of pay will be $36.10 per hour for day shift and $40.27 per hour for afternoon shift.

Please note that this role will commence on day shift for training purposes only before transferring to afternoon shift. Day shift hours 6:00am to 2:15pm, Afternoon Shift Hours 2:15pm to10:30pm.

Duties will include the following:-

Preparing raw ingredients for mixing
Making batches of product as per written instructions
Essential Criteria:-

Have demonstrated experience in batch processing
Prior blending and mixing experience
Able to accurately weigh and process raw materials according to formula
Have a high level of Numeracy and Literacy
Maintain a clean and orderly work area
Adhere to strict O H & S policies and procedures
Have good attention to detail
Able to lift heavy items
A background in either food, pharmaceutical or similar is highly desirable.
