Galaxy Personnel is urgently seeking an experienced Forklift Driver to join a global industry leader based in the outer eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a day shift position offering consistent hours, a supportive team environment, and a company culture that values its people.

About the Role:

Operating forklifts (LF)
Packing and preparing items for despatch
Receiving and processing incoming goods
Loading and unloading trucks
Maintaining clean and safe work areas
Working efficiently in a fast-paced production environment

What You’ll Need:

A current and valid LF Forklift Licence (Essential)
Previous experience in warehousing, distribution, or production (Preferred)
Strong focus on safety and attention to detail (Essential)
Reliable transport and a current driver’s licence

Job Type: Casual (Full-Time Hours)

Pay Rate: $33 – $40 per hour

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts

Location: Outer Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne

This is a casual role with full-time hours and the potential for permanent employment for the right candidate.

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Storeperson for an immediate start with proven experience in an Engineering Stores cataloguing parts in SAP.

This is purely an administrative based role and will require your following skills and attributes:

A proven background in Manufacturing processes specifically Engineering Stores
Organising all spare parts into SAP, including Mechanical & Electrical Spares
Manually log components, updating of system
A strong understanding of SAP
A sound understanding of Microsoft Office
A Trade background in Fitting an advantage but not essential
No forklift required

This role is being offered on a casual basis of 37.5 hours per week on Day shift.

Galaxy Personnel are seeking general Stores, Container Unloaders and Pick Packers for various assignments to join our temp team. Roles will vary in duration and will be located across the Eastern and South Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.

Essential Criteria:-

Prior experience in general warehousing or manufacturing environment (preferred)
Be able to work independently as well as part of a team
Must have steel capped work boots, long work pants and high visual top
Be prepared to work casual and on short notice
Have a current driver licence and own transport
Good communication skills
Physically fit
Self Motivated
Happy to work Full days and or Half Days
Day shift only
Flexible
Punctual and reliable
Able to do heavy lifting (up to 20kg repetitively)

Some examples of suburbs where work is required – Bayswater, Chirnside Park, Keysborough and Mt Waverley areas.

There is potential for other job opportunities for individuals with additional skills and experience.
