Our client located in Rowville is a well-established food manufacturer and are looking for a new team member! We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented production worker to assist in their production team.
This is a hands-on role involving the batching and blending of food products in a clean, safety-focused environment.
The role will be commencing on a casual basis with an ongoing potential for the right candidate. Our client is offering day shift hours of 5:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. This also includes 1x RDO every fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare raw materials and ingredients for mixing
Mix and blend batches accurately following detailed instructions
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Follow strict quality control and GMP/HACCP procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Record measurements and batch data with precision
Forklift driving when required
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (pharma/food highly regarded)
Familiarity with mixing, batching, and blending processes
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physically fit – must be able to lift heavy items
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures precisely
Current Forklift Licence and Experience
