The role will be varied and would ideally suit an experienced Store person/Warehouse Team Leader who has a strong background in Warehouse setting within a Manufacturing facility. Working in a small team you will be responsible for the spare parts inventory; duties will include the following:
A proven background in Manufacturing processes including Inventory and Stores, issuing parts and materials to the maintenance team.
Forklift duties, loading and unloading of trucks
Cataloguing and recording stock locations
Raising of Purchase orders
Understanding of computerised ERP system such as MEX or similar
Adherence to OH&S policy and procedures
To ensure your success it is essential that you have the following attributes
Must have an LF Forklift license
A minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar setting
A Trade background in Fitting an advantage/not essential
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and MEX or similar
Flexibility to work overtime if needed

Duties will include:-
Responsible for the timely accurate completion of all maintenance and breakdowns
Ensure that paperwork and documentation is recorded accurately and in accordance with company standards
Fitting fabricated metal parts into products and assembling metal parts and subassemblies to ensure optimal running of equipment and machinery
Checking parts for accuracy, clearance and fit using measuring instruments
Setting guides, stops and other controls on machining tools
Diagnosing faults and performing operational maintenance of machines
Overhauling and repairing mechanical parts
Working in accordance with safety procedures and reporting any hazards
Perform low voltage electrical disconnect and reconnect electrical installation work (ideally)
Essential Criteria:-
