This is a hands-on role involving the batching and blending of food products in a clean, safety-focused environment.
The role will be commencing on a casual basis with an ongoing potential for the right candidate. Our client is offering day shift hours of 5:30am – 2:30pm, Monday to Friday. This also includes 1x RDO every fortnight.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare raw materials and ingredients for mixing
Mix and blend batches accurately following detailed instructions
Operate production equipment safely and efficiently
Follow strict quality control and GMP/HACCP procedures
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Record measurements and batch data with precision
Forklift driving when required
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (pharma/food highly regarded)
Familiarity with mixing, batching, and blending processes
Basic math and computer skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Physically fit – must be able to lift heavy items

Respond to inquiries from both internal teams and external customers
Receive and process customer orders accurately
Coordinate domestic and international deliveries
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Manage and track orders from placement to dispatch, liaising with production and carriers

What We’re Looking For:
