Factory All-Rounder – Foundry Environment Location: Eastern  Suburbs Day shift Pay Rate: Based on experience Temp to Perm Position   Galaxy Personnel is seeking a reliable and motivated Factory All-Rounder to join a small, supportive team in a hands-on foundry environment. While the setting is industrial – it’s an older, working factory that can get a little hot and dusty – if you’re someone who doesn’t mind rolling up your sleeves and getting stuck into physical work, this could be a great long-term opportunity. • General factory hand work, helping out across the production process
  • Assisting with stores/inwards and outwards goods and coordinating deliveries
  • Some support with welding and fabrication – we have a skilled person on site, but experience is a bonus
  • Forklift operation (license helpful but not essential)
  • Keeping things moving and stepping in where needed – it’s a hands-on role with variety
  What we’re looking for:
  • Someone with a strong work ethic and common sense
  • A can-do attitude – willing to learn and take initiative
  • Comfortable working in a foundry environment
  • Ideally, some experience in a manufacturing, fabrication or warehousing setting – but not essential
  Why join us?
  • Work with a great boss – supportive, fair, and easy to work with
  • You’ll be part of a small, stable team
  • Opportunities to learn new skills and grow in the role
  • Pay rate based on experience – we’ll look after the right person
