Admin Assistant / Bookkeeper

Galaxy Personnel is seeking an Admin Assistant with some Accounts/Bookkeeping skills for our client based in the Western Suburbs.
The role is being offered 2 days per week, working on a Tuesday and Thursday. Working for this Engineering company you will be responsible
for keeping abreast of the paperwork/invoices for billing purposes. Therefore you will need to be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
Duties will include, but not limited to the following:
- Entry of supplier invoices – checking hours billed
- Checking Purchase orders against invoices and following up on discrepancies
- Chasing up purchase orders
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Sales reports
To ensure your success, you will require the following skills and attributes:
- Xero
- Microsoft Office (EXCEL)
- Factory Technology
It is essential that you are available to work between the hours of 7.30am – 3.30 pm Tuesday & Thursday. Great working environment.
