Are you looking for a work life balance, keen to work close to home! Galaxy Personnel is seeking an Admin Assistant with some Accounts/Bookkeeping skills for our client based in the Western Suburbs.

The role is being offered 2 days per week, working on a Tuesday and Thursday. Working for this Engineering company you will be responsible for keeping abreast of the paperwork/invoices for billing purposes. Therefore, you will need to be highly organised with a strong attention to detail.

 

Duties will include, but not limited to the following:

  • Entry of supplier invoices – checking hours billed
  • Checking Purchase orders against invoices and following up on discrepancies
  • Chasing up purchase orders
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements
  • Sales reports

To ensure your success, you will require the following skills and attributes:

  • Xero
  • Microsoft Office (EXCEL)
  • Factory Technology (can train)

 

It is essential that you are available to work onsite between the hours of 7.30am – 3.30 pm Tuesday & Thursday.
