Duties include:

  • Build and strengthen relationships with long-term clients, helping them achieve strategic objectives.
  • Enhance communication and engagement with clients to deliver a solution-focused sales approach.
  • Re-energise relationships with dormant clients by providing proactive support and solutions.
  • Develop relationships with leads generated through marketing and industry contacts.
  • Identify future business opportunities and market trends

 

Background:

  • Experience as an industrial electrician or in a related field (highly advantageous, not essential)
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong estimating and solution-building skills who is familiar with CRM systems.
  • Proven ability to develop tailored client solutions and articulate clear value propositions.
  • Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
  • Confident, approachable, and a great listener
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
  • Strong emotional intelligence and situational awareness who can work autonomously.
  • Professional presence that inspires client confidence
  • Demonstrated sales success with Industry knowledge.
