Duties include:
- Build and strengthen relationships with long-term clients, helping them achieve strategic objectives.
- Enhance communication and engagement with clients to deliver a solution-focused sales approach.
- Re-energise relationships with dormant clients by providing proactive support and solutions.
- Develop relationships with leads generated through marketing and industry contacts.
- Identify future business opportunities and market trends
Background:
- Experience as an industrial electrician or in a related field (highly advantageous, not essential)
- Self-motivated
- Strong estimating and solution-building skills who is familiar with CRM systems.
- Proven ability to develop tailored client solutions and articulate clear value propositions.
- Highly organised with excellent prioritisation and time management skills
- Confident, approachable, and a great listener
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities
