About the Role

Galaxy Personnel is seeking a reliable and hardworking Factory Hand to join our team for our client located in the Eastern Suburbs. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role suited to someone who enjoys practical work, variety in their day, and being part of a supportive manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• General machine operation
• Cutting cables and heat-shrinking
• Filling bags with sand
• Assisting with organising transport
• Forklift duties (as required)
• General factory duties as required

Requirements

• Experience in a similar factory, labouring, or production role (preferred)
• Forklift licence (desirable)
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• PPE must be worn at all times on site
