Galaxy Personnel is seeking a reliable, hardworking Factory Hand to join a busy manufacturing team in Melbourne’s south east.

If you’re confident using hand and power tools, can measure and cut accurately, and don’t mind physical work — we want to hear from you.

The Role:

• General factory and production work
• Cutting and measuring materials (including fibreglass products)
• Assembly work
• Manual handling
• Maintaining a safe and clean workspace

You’ll Need:

• Previous factory or manufacturing experience preferred
• Experience using hand and power tools
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Physically fit with good attention to detail
• A positive, can-do attitude

Hours:

• Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
• Friday: 8:00am – 2:00pm
