Our client located in the Western Suburbs is seeking an experienced Laser Cutters who are keen to work in a dynamic workplace who has a broad scope of offerings.    The role will allow you to utilise your skills and in operating lasers for flat and tube programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and execute laser cutting operations for flat and tube programs.
• Selection of the correct cutting programs and sheet location
• Carry out accurate set-ups for cutting operations/quality
• Perform all dimensional inspections
• Troubleshoot any quality issues
• Ability a high level of quality

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Prior experience working in a similar role
• Current forklift license (desirable)
• Hands on experience with 3D tube laser operation would be highly regarded
• A commitment to maintaining a safe working environment
• Physically fit
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently and accurately
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Punctual, reliable, and with a proactive attitude towards work
• Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn new processes
