Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative maintenance and breakdown repairs on production equipment
• Minimise downtime and troubleshoot mechanical issues efficiently
• Assist with machine upgrades and installations
• Maintain clear and accurate maintenance documentation
• Ensure strict adherence to GMP, HACCP, and OH&S requirements
• Work collaboratively across production and quality teams

About You:

• Trade Qualified Fitter – Cert III in Mechanical Engineering (essential)
• Proven experience in FMCG or food manufacturing (essential)
• Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
• Knowledge of GMP & HACCP compliance
• Safety-conscious, reliable, and a strong team player
