Great opportunity for experienced Mechanical Fitters who are seeking permanent Afternoon or Night shift opportunities. Working with some of Melbourne’s well known brands including food, pharma and packaging industries we are seeking experienced Fitters with proven experience within these industries.

As experienced Maintenance Fitters you will be responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance on various production equipment, therefore your strong fault finding and troubleshooting skills are required.

Your proven experience in the following will also ensure your ongoing success and growth in this role:

Solid troubleshooting and fault-finding background.
Ability to think on your feet.
Strong organisational skills to organise your day.
Sound interpersonal skills with a strong ability to build positive relationships.
Good written skills to write up site reports.
Team Player
It is essential that you have a Certificate III or Certificate IV in Mechanical Engineering and only candidates with full unrestricted Australian working rights can be considered for these roles due to the permanent nature of this work.
