About the Role:

As a Maintenance Fitter, you’ll be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, repairs, modifications, and inspections of a wide range of production equipment and machinery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance
• Diagnosing and repairing faults to minimise downtime
• Troubleshooting and modifying machinery as needed
• Maintaining a strong commitment to workplace safety and equipment reliability
• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Need to Bring:

• Trade qualifications – Certificate III in Engineering (Mechanical) or equivalent
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• MIG, TIG, and stainless-steel welding abilities (an advantage)
• Proven experience in a maintenance fitter or similar role
• Physically fit and capable of handling manual tasks
• A great work ethic and team-oriented approach
• FMCG experience (an advantage )
