Maintenance & Production Planners

The Role
Due to an increased demand we are currently seeking experienced Planners who are seeking short term or permanent contracts in the Eastern Suburbs. The roles are across various industries, however a strong emphasis within the manufacturing sector would be highly advantageous.
Duties and Responsibilities
You will be responsible for ensuring effective planning, coordination, and delivery of maintenance and production activities across the site. Your key responsibilities will include:
Ideally, we are seeking Planners who are experience in the following areas:

• Planning and scheduling weekly maintenance activities through the CMMS (SAP, Maximo or MEX) and conversant with the Microsoft Office Suite
• Managing purchasing, requisitions, and spare parts availability.
• Liaising with various internal and external customers to meet deadlines
• Coordinating contractor management, vendor relationships, and stores/inventory control.
• Liaising with trades and production teams to ensure preventative maintenance tasks are completed on time and in full (dependant on role)

Your Background

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:

•  A trade qualification in Mechanical, Carpentry or SME Construction an advantage
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Planner
• Strong CMMS knowledge, ideally with MEX, Maximo or SAP and Microsoft Office
• Experience with vendor management and Engineering stores/inventory functions.
