An exciting opportunity now exists with our client in Rowville. They are a reputable, well established and respected global business in the Food industry.

They are seeking an experienced Machine Operator who has prior experience with Batching and Blending in the Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical Industry. These positions will commence on a casual basis and ongoing for the right candidate.

On offer are Day Shift hours of 5:30 – 14:30 Monday to Friday. The flexibility to work on Afternoon Shift to fit in with production requirements would be desirable.

Duties Will Include:

• Batching, mixing and machinery operation
• Trouble shooting machinery settings and set up
• Setting up, starting and shutting down of machines
• Quality control of products
• Effective documentation control
• Forklift driving when needed

Key Requirements:

• Mixing, blending and batching experience
• Weighing and measuring raw ingredients
• Machine operation experience
• Previous industry experience in a Food, Beverage or Pharmaceutical environment
• Have a good understanding of HACCP and GMP Policies
• Be physically fit for heavy lifting
• A current LF Forklift Licence
